With the current Corona virus we are finding many families are very concerned that their loved ones over 70 are well supported, cared for and receiving companionship during this time. Our phones have been busy offering family members the peace of mind and security that their loved ones can continue to live their lives in their home with our care. Our care givers are trained and adhere to all required infection control protocols at all times. All staff carry and wear PPE with all clients, also staff have had the influenza vaccination for 2020. In Home Care is regularly updating all staff in Corona virus hygiene and best practice, in line with government health authorities. All clients are practicing Corona virus hygiene and best practice in the home. This is critically important to us as the elderly are particularly vulnerable.

“Paula is an exceptional carer. She looks after both my parents and is incredibly diligent and thorough as well as being kind and thoughtful. Paula is highly skilled at dealing with dementia as well as navigating and supporting my father’s physical needs. She is attentive, flexible and a great communicator. I could not recommend her highly enough.“
“Paula cared for my mother, Noel Lane, extremely well over a long period and this went a long way to enjoying her life until the end.“
“I find In Home Care offers excellent communication to clients, family members, and any health care providers involved.
As we know health issues in the aged are often changing even on an hourly basis, the team is often challenged due to the ongoing changes in clients health and needs adjusting well to the changes, always having the client‘s needs as the main focus.
The challenges which have been brought about by the Covid 19 virus this year has created a range of additional protocols and challenges, all implemented for the safety of clients and staff always the main priority for In Home Care.“
